2. Counter-Notification
If you believe that your content was removed or disabled by mistake, you may submit a counter-notification.
Your counter-notice must include:

A statement under penalty of perjury that the content was removed due to a mistake or misidentification.

Your contact information (name, email, address, phone number).

Consent to the jurisdiction of the courts in your country and a statement that you will accept service of process from the person who submitted the original notice.

3. Repeat Infringers
Accounts that repeatedly violate copyright laws may be terminated in accordance with our Terms of Use.
